I cant believe it is almost November and I am writing my last President’s letter of the year! As most of you know this has been the 4th time I have been president and I must say it has also been the busiest.
This past year our club has grown to almost 100 members. We have become more and more involved in our district and state activities, raised many thousands of dollars for our charities, and have spent countless hours doing so.
Our social groups and events have continued to foster the many friendship that we have all made over the years. It is so wonderful to know that as club members we are always there for each other in good times and bad.
I personally would like to thank our 2025 board for doing such an amazing job! Karin Davies for overseeing all of our CSP’s and making sure that the many philanthropic activities ran smoothly. Marcia Reed for her immaculate bookkeeping. Linda Paternie for keeping detailed meeting notes. Cynde Lee and Deborah Biggs for all of their hard work overseeing our fantastic fundraising activities. Sherri Sales and Mindy Frosto-Swank who did an outstanding job welcoming our new members. Of course I cannot forget our parliamentarian Elaine Gennawey who kept us on track as we conducted club business.
While there are too many other ladies to personally thank, I have just a few more I need to mention. Mindy, thank you so much for elevating our social media to where it is today. Liz, because of you we have a state of the art website. Rosemarie, your innovative powerpoint has been a game changer for our meetings! and last but not least Janet! We would all be lost without you! Thank you so very much for all of your hard work putting the newsletter together!
Finally to all of the members in the club, it has been a pleasure being your president this year!
