2024 President’s Message

It is good to be back home in Laguna Niguel and enjoy all the beautiful green hills that surround us. Thanks to all our recent rains our landscape is dressed in green ready for St. Patrick’s Day.

Our membership continues to grow and I am so eager to get to know each of our new members. Your enthusiasm is contagious and energizes all of us. Our club has contributed much to our community through the years due to the hard work and dedication of our cherished long-time members. All of you, new or seasoned, are vital to our success as we strive to share the joy of helping others. The. theme of the March District Council is EVERY MEMBER IS A STAR IN FEDERATION. Every LNWC member is a star! All of you shine!

Our CSP chairs and Ways and Means chairs have lots of events planned for this year. Our annual Art Contest is April 27th and our Tea fundraiser is set for May 18th. Please set aside those dates on your calendar.

I encourage all of you to attend the Orange District Convention at the Grand in Long Beach on Apil 12th. The theme this year is Mardi Gras/Masquerade. Our club submitted several award entries and I will not be one bit surprised if we win some. It would be great if we could have our own cheering section at the event. Last year 7 of us went and really enjoyed it. It. really is a lot of fun to be at the convention.
