The saying goes that “April showers bring May flowers!” Looking out my window I see Birds of Paradise and the humming birds that love to sit and rest on them! This partnership brings me such joy! It reminds me of. the friendship and partnerships that exist in the club. This year in particular I feel a new energy surrounding us.
I would like to thank all the members who have put so much time and effort into our fundraisers and activities. The creativity and excitement in projects is what has kept our club around since 1969! We have so much more to accomplish this year so please keep showing up and joining in!
Finally, if you happen to be sitting near a new member at a meeting or social event please reach out and introduce yourself, get to know them and make sure they are feeling comfortable!
